Fast Lane Auto Repair Plus

Fast Lane was very helpful and was able to fix an issue with my car. Gary kept me informed about the status of the repairs and the crew was able to fix the issue. I would recommend this location for your automobile needs and I would return if need be.

10 out of 10 & HIGHLY recommend!! 💯I've been having issues with my truck since April and took it somewhere and it seems like, the more they tampered with it, the worse it would get. I thought I would have to get a new truck. I FINALLY decided to take it somewhere else. That somewhere else happened to be FastLane. I had to get it towed there and decided to just start looking for new cars. 😩Took it there the end of the day on Friday. Monday morning I received a text (which was awesome 1st of all because I cant always answer calls) But I received a text with a link that had all the details of what was going on with my truck (including pictures). Tyler explained EVERYTHING when i called back. That in itself was more than what I received at the other shop. Tyler explained what was needed, what I could hold off on, what was suggested, gave me estimated prices. And I had my truck back Wednesday! Tyler & Brent and of course the FastLane team I want to thank you SO much for getting me back in my truck that I didn't want to part with. And my AC hasn't worked this well in years! Totally recommend this place and I will ALWAYS use them from this day forward! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I recently had unexpected car issues, and it was no question to take my vehicle back to Fast Lane in Owensboro on Breckenridge St. I had been there before and the crew and staff there operate with integrity, efficiency, genuine customer service and phenomal care for each vehicle. Tyler, Roger and Jamen worked with me this time, and from timely phone calls explaining things clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, to getting my vehicle worked on as quickly as possible, to helping keep costs affordable, I truly appreciated their hard work and diligence on my behalf. I will be back! Thanks guys!

Finding a reliable partner for vehicle maintenance is essential, and Fast Lane Auto Repair on Breckenridge Street has proven itself indispensable. Whether I am bringing in my Buick Enclave for a new set of tires, routine rotation and balancing, or a simple tire pressure check, the quality of work remains consistently high. What truly sets this shop apart is the combination of technical dependability and genuine customer care. It is rare to find professionals who prioritize the safety of the vehicle and the peace of mind of the driver in equal measure. Every visit reinforces my confidence in their team; they are experts who truly have their customers' backs. For anyone in Owensboro looking for a shop that treats your car—and you—with respect, I cannot recommend Fast Lane Auto Repair highly enough. This winning combination of service and integrity is exactly why they have earned my repeat business.

Tuesday, I was driving through Owensboro when I had a check engine light come on. Ran my portable OBD II reader to check the codes and found that I had a problem with my cylinder 6 injector. I called around to various other ships and their lead time was 2 weeks. I needed my car done by Friday. I called and spoke to Gary, he was quick and thorough and told me I could get it before Friday... I said "let's do it " As of this review, it's Thursday and they got my car up and running ahead of schedule! I was impressed by their thorough inspection and how they noted certain things to consider based off of factory mileage maintenance schedule. I had some extra funds so I decided to take them up on the offer on a couple. They were friendly, fast, thorough, and honest. Not to mention that they are ASE certified and are NAPA Gold certified. Great place to get any mechanical mishaps fixed up, from 4x4 issues , transmission, pretty much complete car care. Owensboro is lucky to have this place!
